The project Closer To the Farm: empowering young people for sustainable and short food supply chains (CTF), project number 2023-1-IE01-KA220-YOU-000158163, is implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme and funded by the European Union. The project focuses on strengthening young people’s knowledge and competences regarding sustainable food systems and Short Food Supply Chains (SFSC). Its main objective is to raise awareness among youth about the environmental and climate impact of food systems, promote responsible consumption, and foster active citizenship through innovative educational approaches, including e-learning and gamification-based tools.
