The Transform – Transformative Education for Social Inclusion and Integration project (project number: 2023-1-IE01-KA220-VET-000159740is implemented under the Erasmus+ programme and funded by the European Union. The project focuses on supporting social inclusion and the integration of migrants and refugees within vocational education and training (VET). Its aim is to strengthen educators’ competences and to develop innovative educational materials and methodologies that promote inclusive and transformative learning across Europe.
